Certain authentication authorities may also have greater expertise in particular brands, categories, materials, or eras. For this reason, a single third-party opinion alone is not considered a final determination of inauthenticity.

Should an authenticity concern ever arise, we ask that you contact us directly so the item can be properly reviewed.

To qualify for a refund under our Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee, a determination of inauthenticity must be supported by at least two recognized, independent third-party authentication authorities with appropriate expertise in the item being evaluated.

If an item is confirmed to be inauthentic through this process, we will fully honor our Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee.
