Shipping & Delivery

  • Our goal is to ensure your items are delivered safely and promptly.
  • Regular orders ship via UPS/USPS within 2-4 business days.
  • Preordered items may take up to 14 days to ship.
  • To ensure the security of your purchase, all shipments require an adult signature and/or a government-issued ID upon delivery.
  • International orders incur an additional $250 shipping fee.
  • We process and ship orders Monday through Friday.

 

Returns

  • All sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, even if the item has not yet shipped or is still in transit. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Authenticity Guarantee

At It’s A Luv Story, we stand behind the authenticity of every item we sell. Whenever possible, items include their original packaging, certificates, or receipts from the original purchase.

 

  • If you believe an item you’ve received is not authentic, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a refund.
  • We require proof of non-authenticity from a recognized authentication service or expert. Upon verification, we will issue a full refund.
  • Our priority is your confidence, and we take pride in the thorough authenticity checks performed on all items.

  • It’s A Luv Story is an independent dealer and is not affiliated with the brands whose products we sell.
  • Brand names are the trademarks of their respective owners. The brands are not responsible for items purchased through our site, nor do they guarantee the authenticity of the goods.
  • All authenticity certificates provided are issued by It’s A Luv Story.
