All orders are shipped fully insured and require adult signature confirmation upon delivery.
Domestic orders dispatch within 2–4 business days.
Pre-order and specialty acquisitions may require up to 14 Business days prior to shipment.
International shipments are available and incur a $250 flat-rate handling and insurance fee. Additional customs duties and import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

All sales are final.
Orders may not be canceled once placed, including items awaiting shipment or in transit. We encourage careful review of product details prior to completing your purchase.
Items must remain in the exact condition received and may not be altered, worn, or transferred during the authentication review period.

We stand behind the authenticity of every piece offered.
If an item is determined to be inauthentic by a recognized third-party authority, notification must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery.
Upon verification, a full refund will be issued.

Risk of loss and responsibility transfer to the recipient once delivery has been completed and signature confirmation obtained.
Any concerns regarding delivery must be communicated within 24 hours of confirmed receipt.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure accurate shipping information at checkout.
